Rack & Pinion

The rack and pinion is an important part in the Ventilation & Shading system, it mainly plays a driving role in the system and is the main transmission part. The system uses electric drive to complete operations such as shading and opening windows.

Two rack and pinion systems:Ventilation window rack & pinion system, Shading curtain rack & pinion system

Ventilation system: The system consisit of reducer motor, drive pipe, shaft bearing, rack and pinion. The reducer motor drives the pinion by the drive pipe to move the rack back and forward to open or close the window.

Shading system: The reducer motor controls the movement of the shade net through the transmission of rack and pinion, which makes it easier to control the light acquisition of the greenhouse.
